The shipping rate and courier used is based on the shipping location entered at checkout. Packages are shipped with the following couriers:

Covid-19 has seriously affected shipping times and reliability internationally.
These are provided as guidance only and you are under the respective courier’s Terms of Use.

North America allow 1-3 days
International allow 3-5 days

Return & Exchange Policy

You can receive a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the original shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or allow exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and replacement shipping costs.

If you would like to initiate a refund or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at info@thespacebrace.com and let us know that you would like to return or exchange the item. Please include your name, order number and reason for return/exchange in your email. If you plan to exchange an item, please let us know what you would like as a replacement.
  2. Once we’ve received your request for a refund or exchange, we will acknowledge whether the request meets the return & exchange policy.
  3. Send the item(s) back to us at:

  4. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 30 days of your Shipping Confirmation.
  5. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, you will receive confirmation that the transaction is complete.

What are the charges a customer will bear before and after purchase?

  • Canadian orders are subject to the appropriate provincial taxation rate and will be charged a $15 shipping fee unless specified. There are no additional charges.
  • US orders are not charged tax and will be charged a $15 shipping fee unless specified. There are no additional charges.
  • All International orders are not charged tax and will be charged a $30 shipping fee on all orders. Varying customs charges may apply depending on what country the package is being shipped to.
